The Four Corners of California is a theme I started with a smaller show in May 2005 at Reed’s Cameras in Walnut Creek. With 35 images, this show was by far the biggest I have ever displayed. This theme was also a segue way to eventually promote a coffee-table style book on California’s geomorphic provinces, combining fine art photography with earth science text in an artistic popular science genre. The images presented at this show represented many parts of the state, and serve to honor the incredible diversity of California’s landscape.
